Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Regent, Anthem, and Federal Employee Program: in network
Blue Cross/Blue Shield PimaFocus plans: not in network. Although Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Arizona advised us on 1 November 2018 that we would be able to accept Affordable Care Act plans (PimaFocus), they informed us on 12 December that this information was incorrect.
Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Arizona has stated that they have an “adequate network,” for PimaFocus and will not honor our request to be in network for Affordable Care Act plans. We will continue to be in network for all other Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans (Federal Employee plans, plans offered by employers.)

United HealthCare and UMR: in network
HealthNet/AmBetter: HealthNet/AmBetter managed by Cempatico has informed us that they feel that their network is adequately covered by other providers. They have not responded to patient requests for us to join their network.
Aetna: Network has been closed since August 2015, and they are not accepting applications for new providers. Most Aetna plans have generous out-of-network benefits. You are still welcome at Men's Medical. Unhappy with the Aetna plan? Contact Aetna

AHCCCS (Medicaid): We do not bill AHCCCS. AHCCCS members are welcome to see us as self-pay patients. This included United HealthCare Community plans.
Medicare: Limited services. Contact us for more information.
Oscar: Oscar insurance has informed us that they will not be accepting our practice into their network. They declined to state a reason.
